Glen has spent the majority of his life involved in athletics and physical fitness. Early in life he played 6 years of competitive soccer on a Division AAA team in San Diego, CA. He was also involved in track at an early age placing 11th in the nation in the 400m in Dayton, OH. In high school, Glen played varsity sports all four years: Track (4 years team captain), Soccer (2 years team captain), Cross Country (3 years), Football (1 year), and Wrestling (1 year). In college, Glen participated on the power lifting team and began actively bodybuilding. As a career Soldier he achieved the title of Master Fitness Trainer and was responsible for the physical training of over 1,000 Soldiers throughout his 24 years prior to retiring as an Army Major.
Glen found CrossFit after introduced by his brother who used the program to prepare for military training. Glen has competed in two CrossFit competitions and continues to develop his skills as a Coach.
Glen is dedicated to the development of the mind, body, and spirit adopting a comprehensive outlook on overall fitness.
